Hi all, 

We have a fairly new team of adoption counselors at our facility and we would love to set up time for them to watch a webinar, go through a training or read an article that touches on why language matters during adoption counseling. As an example, one of our matchmakers used the term "aggressive" when she meant to say overly aroused regarding an adoptable dog. When we spoke to her as to why we don't use the word aggressive to describe a dog, she still couldn't understand why. 

I'm hoping there is a video or webinar that explains this!
