She sent me this above. You would have to reach out to her and she could explain how it works, but it sounds like they deliver anywhere. For our small group, and we are home based fosters, we would have to team up with other rescues in the area because we have no way to store such large amounts, but still, it's worth looking into.

There's an incredible resource for shelters and rescues who, either individually or collectively, are interested in large lots (15 pallets at a minimum, a truckload is preferable) of brand name dog and cat food.
