Good morning, all

A question for all-volunteer, foster home based organizations only, please - who writes your liability insurance policy?  We've found a number that will write for those organizations with a  physical structure, but few that will write for a foster home based only organization.

Did you ever find a policy?  I was under the impression that foster based rescues didn't require insurance. Instead, the foster agreement states the rescue is not liable for any damage occurring in their home.
