    Hi! How do I get the tech support for Maddie's Pet Assistant to respond and help us get our app up and running again? We've been months without it.

    Hi Jae, 

    PetHealth, Inc. has been managing the Maddie's Pet Assistant app since October 2020.

    Here is the link to the Maddie's Pet Assistant app home page:  https://pethealth.my.site.com/petassistant/s/ 

    And here is the link to their Support page:  https://services.24pet.com/PetAssistant/PetAssistantSupport.php  This page isn't very intuitive in my opinion but scroll to the bottom and click on "Pet Assistant Web Support for Shelters/Rescues" to access their support form.

    hi,

    Maddie's Fund no longer manages Maddies Pet Assistant.  It's owned by Pet Health.  Have you tried to get help through them.  I emailed them a few months ago and they said they're still supporting the app so you should be able to get help through Pet health customer service. 

    please let me know if you're still having trouble.  I can try contacting someone there

    I'm sorry you had to wait so long. We reached out to PetHealth this morning -- they told us that this has been resolved and the new registration has been approved. Is there anything else you need from them or are you all set now?

    Hi,

    I'd like to inform you that Maddie's Fund is no longer in charge of Maddies Pet Assistant; it is now under the ownership of Pet Health. If you require assistance, I recommend reaching out to them. A few months ago, I sent them an email, and they confirmed that they continue to support the app. Therefore, you should be able to seek help through Pet Health's customer service for any concerns or inquiries.
