I've been reading that mopping often moves around pathogens instead of being beneficial. What does everyone do to replace mopping in their facilities (specifically hallways).

I think it depends on what you're mopping with! If you're mopping with something that kills the pathogen, then you're good-- if you're mopping with just like...Fabuloso or something then it's prob just moving them around. We mop with Rescue or bleach regularly and haven't been hit nearly as hard with infectious disease/viruses this year vs previous years when somebody was mopping with less specific disinfectant and steam cleaning.
