I am wondering what you are your critical needs as you prepare for the increase in cat/kitten population for the summer months? How to do you plan to triage your services- what is your wishlist?
I have co-authored a paper with John Boone with the support of the United Spay Alliance and the Summerlee Foundation about how to think about systems that will help us be more effective and efficient Community Cat Program Managers... If you want to take your thinking to a higher level we have opened up the Community Cats Program Management Certification Portal for our September 2025 Class with the University of the Pacific. We hope to have a good group- if any of you out there have taken the course please share your thoughts.
At the end of the day we want to try and be smarter and more efficient with our cat programs.
