Join us to hear Dr. @Sara Pizano talk about the Open Door Veterinary Collective national training program and the successful model clinics that are proving you can have a financially viable, sustainable veterinary clinic and increase access to care. This model is proven successful for non-profit and for-profit organizations. ODVC helps make it easy with our mentorship program, so you don't have to re-invent the wheel and we provide templates and tools customized for you. Dr. Pizano will also discuss how this model can contribute to reducing compassion fatigue and stress for staff, including veterinarians and how you can apply for a pro bono mentorship!
