Good afternoon, All. 

Our shelter is growing and we will be restructuring our shelter management and splitting Shelter Management role into 2 roles. One focused on veterinary care & our vet clinic and the other will be operations/adoptions. 

We are struggling to come up with a title for the med/vet side of things. Her role will consist of mostly vetting our animals and growing our small clinic. There are a few smaller things unrelated that she will continue to do, as she is so good at them, and enjoys them. 

We have thought of Medical Manager or Veterinary Servies Manager.  Any additional Suggestions?

Ours are called directors. We have a Clinic Director and an Operational Director. One covers our med team for the adoptable animals plus our spay/neuter clinic; the other covers everything else. The Executive Director covers the whole shelter, above them.
