I am looking for samples of auto-reply emails and outgoing phone messages, specific for folks inquiring about adoption.

Would love to see samples of what your organization does when someone contacts you about adoption in general or with a particular animal in mind.

Not adoption specific, but one thing I love is that we include the following at the end of our signatures for all emails (including out of office):

Please know that I honor and respect boundaries around personal time, well-being, caretaking and rest. Should you receive correspondence from me during a time that you are engaging in any of the above, please protect your time and wait to respond until you are next working. I hope that you will provide me with the same honor and respect. Prioritize joy, not email, when and where you can.
