Animal Welfare Professionals

Hello everyone!

I work at Butte Humane Society in Chico, California. We are a limited-admission shelter that is 100% donation-based! We have recently been informed by our internet provider (who is a technology consulting company) that we will need to update 30 of our computers due to them being so out of date. Does anyone have any advice on how we could possibly get a grant or a large donation for these computers?

Have you looked into Tech Soup? They offer discounts for nonprofits and often have computers available at a great discount (I think they're often refurbished, but not always). You might also check with local computer retailers to see if they have a program for nonprofits. Good luck!
