    Hi y'all! I'm Jay Garza, and I'll be co-hosting Community Conversations for the next two months. My journey from culinary leadership to nonprofit and animal well-being work taught me that meaningful service begins with listening: understanding what people need, responding with intention, and creating spaces where they feel welcomed and valued. That's the energy I hope to bring to our calls.

    During our upcoming calls, we'll explore practical topics including:
    🐾 Behavior Problems in Dogs and Cats
    🐾 Feline Low-Stress Handling in a Shelter Environment

    These conversations are an opportunity to share real experiences, work through challenges, and leave with new perspectives we can carry into our work. Bring your questions, your insight, and your whole self. I hope to see you there!
