Animal Welfare Professionals

Hello everyone! I'm the founder of Padma Animal Welfare, a relatively new nonprofit that supports animal shelters and veterinary clinics in India and Nepal through fundraising, veterinary supply drives, and partnerships. We're in the early stages of growing our organization, and I'd love to learn from those with more experience.

For those of you who have successfully grown an animal welfare nonprofit, what strategies have been most effective for increasing fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach? Are there any lessons you wish you had learned earlier or mistakes that new organizations should avoid?
