This Meeting's Topic is, "Case Management Approach to Intake"
Shelters and rescues are feeling the challenge to maintain and increase live outcomes, while simultaneously focusing on decreasing shelter intake. Both of these strategies are equally important, but keeping up with intake prevention initiatives can often get overlooked. During this session, we will take a deep dive into effective intake prevention strategies, and how to start or grow these initiatives at your own organization regardless of your resources. We will hear from @Luis Quintanilla, Executive Director of Humane Society of Harlingen, TX, how he has led his organization through incredible advancements in just the last couple of years, and has provided space for the community to help lead the way.
