Pets and Vets Program Director at Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation

Position Summary:

Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundations Pets and Vets programs vision is to support military veterans experiencing service-related mental health conditions through the therapeutic and practical benefits of living with Emotional Support Animals and/or training rescued dogs to be their own psychiatric service animals.

The Pets and Vets Director will develop, advance, and implement strategies to ensure the growth of the local Pets and Vets program, while designing and implementing the programs national expansion. A large portion of this role is in building infrastructure to support dog training needs now and in the future and building relationships with the key stakeholders across the country for program expansion.
