Position Summary:

The Veterinary Clinic Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the highest-quality client service is provided by the Clinic Reception team. This position is responsible for supervising daily administration and client services. The Veterinary Clinic Supervisor directly oversees the Clinic Receptionist(s) and conducts performance management, discipline, hiring, training, and termination with support from the Patient Care Manager.  The Clinic Supervisor makes certain that all Clinic reception activities are planned and operating smoothly. He/she ensures a professional and cohesive reception team and is responsible for scheduling to ensure all reception shifts are filled and for keeping the staff and volunteer receptionists trained on procedures and protocols.
