This is so helpful. Our front desk staff is constantly being asked by fosters when their kittens or puppies are due for their next vaccination but since most of us do not have any vet med training, we usually have to tell them that our foster coordinator will reach out to them. This is obviously frustrating for the foster who leaves without answers, so having this printed and posted at the front desk could be a very helpful resource/cheat sheet and help us to better our staff/foster relationships.
