I work for a Veterinarian that has recently started a non profit for helping community cats. One thing we are having trouble with is figuring out board meetings. Are there specific rules we need to keep for board meetings? (How often meetings need held, how to properly document meetings, etc.) We had someone tell us that there is apps to document meetings? are there programs to easily out board meetings into a document? All of this is new for us and we are still running a clinic full time as well. So any tips would be greatly appreciated! We also have little to no funding considering we just launched this non profit. Thank you for taking the time to read! Like I said any and all tips/ideas would be greatly appreciated!! We tried to apply for some grants, but most of them seem to want the non profit to be established for a year before applying.
