Our local Big Give event is in late September. The Giving Day is late November, and holiday appeals in December. I worry that participating in all these fundraising opportunities would be too much, and our donors might tire of so many appeals. I'm thinking of choosing only one or two to focus our limited resources on. How do other groups handle this?
