  • 1.  Maddie's Pet Assistant not for new android devices?

    A new foster emailed us telling us that she could not download Maddie's Pet Assistant because it was made for an older version of Android. She has Android 13. Error message shown below.
    Anyone else have this happen? I personally have Android 13 and have the MPA app downloaded. Is there any way to do the surveys online? Any other fixes?

    Sorry for the trouble with the app. The Maddie's Pet Assistant app has been managed by Pethealth, Inc since October 2020.  Please visit their website at http://pethealth.force.com/petassistant for more information about the app. They also have a support link on that page where you can ask your question.
