You should check out Beagle Freedom Project; unfortunately there's a lot more of this happening than we know, but yes, this is a good start for those dogs.

I think it's great the media exposure is giving the current issue in Wisconsin. I had no idea testing of this type existed and animals were treated so badly. It's great to see some celebrities (Ricky Gervais for one) get behind the efforts to free these dogs and let them experience love and a forever home they do deserve.
