The tablet is a big hit along with a Momento account!! I have a special needs foster Torti who has self confidence issues, but her personality really comes out during play time. We would not be able to take her to our showcase events at Petsmart, so I loaded up all her photos and made a memory book about her journey!. It was a big hit at our table!!

I'd suggest taking advantage of any TVs or tablets you may have in the adoption center! You can have a slideshow with pictures and details of the pets that are in foster or play videos of them so that people can see the wiggly happy pet in a home setting.
Maybe instead of (or in additional to) the photos that you post on the entrance, you could have QR codes that can lead to a webpage that has the videos, pictures and pet information. You can use Canva to easily create a page for each of the adoptable pets that lives on the web to help feature them and link to that on your website, social media and in the adoption center.

Subject: Showcasing Pets Not in Adoption Center
Hi! We have a beautiful, well-attended Adoption Center with low barriers to adoption and generally low length of stay before adoption. But we also often have pets available for adoption who aren't physically in our Adoption Center. They could be in foster or just don't do well in the Adoption Center and are housed someplace quieter. They're on our website and social media, but we need a better way to showcase them to potential adopters that enter our building. Right now we're taping photos to a glass entrance door, but that gets cluttered quickly and is hard to compete with a wiggly happy pet live and in-person (pet-son?) right in front of adopters. I'd like to come up with a better solution.
Does anyone have a good way to showcase adoptable pets that aren't physically in your Adoption Center? Thank you!
