We are overhauling out pet food pantry program and looking for advice on how to track food that we hand out. Currently we have a sheet that a person will fill out that ask for name, address, type of pet, how many pets, and how old of pets. Then we give them food based off that and staff records what was given on that same paper. It works but I feel like there has to be a better way to not only get the person's info but also let us know how many people/animals we are helping . Can anyone provide an example of what they use or offer any suggestions. TIA!
