Monday.com is FREE for registered non profits and it is amazing! I happened on a webinar about it and was so impressed that I signed our small rescue up for it. It has so many possibilities. i originally had our task list in a spreadsheet but it was long and cumbersome. Moving it to Monday allowed me to import it into a board and let it do the work. I created  task lists for each of us and then selected person responsible in the original list. I wrote an automation to copy it to the person responsible list. now everyone gets notified if they have a new task. When the finish a task, & set status to DONE ,

I have really started building out ours with donor and donation info, job applications, volunteer management, bigger projects, etc. I am willing to share and collaborate. I hope to at some point offer a  kit of board templates for rescues to use.
